Tom Donaldson - President
Tom Donaldson has been an active voice in the electronic security industry for the past 32 years, working closely with National Companies such as ADT, Brinks, National Guardian, etc. as well as regional and local companies to work on the problems that face our industry.
AT Systems is a custom security house that specializes in the design, installation, service and monitoring of all types of commercial and residential life safety and security systems.
Tom has been actively involved with the Ohio Electronic Security Association since it’s inception and the National Electronic Security Association (formerly National Burglar and Fire Alarm Association), since 1991.
He currently serves as the Legal Affairs Coordinator for Electronic Security Association (ESA). He chairs the Chartered States committee at all ESA meetings and has since 1995 (this specific committee elects a chair for each meeting and Tom holds the distinction of being the only member to chair the meeting more than once). He is a past president of the OBFAA. In addition to his service as a Board member for OELSSA/OBFAA, Tom is also active in the Ohio Crime Stoppers Association.
Tom was born and raised in Central Ohio and works with other leaders in our community to help improve the quality of life for all central Ohioans.
Jeff Mawer
Jeff a self professed life long Buckeye fan, recently joined the AT Systems team. Jeff knows the security business from top to bottom bringing nearly 35 years of industry experience. His extensive work background included successful management positions with local, regional and national companies.
Born and raised in Toledo, Jeff “enjoys Golf but loves to fish” mostly for the ever elusive Walleye. Jeff has three adult children living in the Toledo area.
Cheryl
Cheryl was born and raised in Marion, Ohio. She started her career as a model in High School and for three years thereafter before selecting fashion purchases for major retail clothing departments.
Her extensive experience includes being the Executive Assistant to Deputy Director of Corrections, a Sales Associate with HER Realtors and the General Office Manager for Gerald D Hines, builder of the Huntington Center downtown.
A long time employee of AT Systems, having started in 1985, she has worked in the Sales Department, Client Services and finally head of accounting. She was elected Secretary of the Corporation in 2007.
Gardening is her passion and stress relief, except during Buckeye football games when cheering on our team as an Alumni takes precedent - GO BUCKS!
Besides volunteering for Crime Stoppers and assisting others in our community, Cheryl enjoys horseback riding, swimming, skiing, and working out at the gym. She is the mother of one son living in New York City.
